Mr Collins guides NSW to a silver medal!!

Young North's very own Mr Collins travelled to the Pacific Schools Games Championships in Adelaide last week. He coached the NSW Primary Schools Basketball team to a silver medal in a tough competition against the best basketballers in Australia. After only meeting the players (who were mostly from Sydney) a few times he managed to get the team to play well enough together to manage a silver medal, only dropping two games for the week against eventual gold medallists Victoria. Mr Collins thoroughly enjoyed the experience and was very thankful to have the opportunity to coach such a fantastic group of athletes.
